Our clients live in their own homes with a support team they personally choose. Together, we co-design support that fits their lifestyle, routines, and goals — ensuring that how support works is always shaped by the person living it.
Clients hold genuine choice and control over who supports them, when, and how. That's not just a value we hold — it's built into how the Indra Network model works.
Hubs: A Community of Support
Each client has their own dedicated support team — and they're also part of a small, connected hub of nearby homes. Where additional support is needed, clients can draw on contractors who are already familiar with the hub community and have been chosen by the people in it.
Support That You Create
No one should have to fit into a rigid system. Instead, we co-create in-home systems that reflect what our clients want and need — how a home runs day-to-day, how support is structured, and the culture of a household. Everything is built with our clients. We support the process; clients lead it.
A Bridge Between You & Your Support Team
Our role is to support clients to build, coordinate, and sustain their own support arrangements — and to make sure contractors have access to the resources and information they need to do their best work in line with their own professional obligations.
We don't sit between clients and their support teams. We sit alongside — helping things connect, and stepping back when they do.
