About Us

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Indra Network aims to change the face of disability through building support systems in a client-led model.

We don’t do top-down. We don’t do cookie-cutter care plans. We definitely don’t do bureaucracy for bureaucracy’s sake. What we do is co-create flexible, human-first support with individuals and families—support that adapts, evolves, and actually makes sense in real life.

At our core, we believe in relationships over red tape. Our in-home support teams are shaped around the person, not our organisational systems. We work closely with the people we support, building care networks that are personal, sustainable, and rooted in community.

We’re here to amplify autonomy, not manage people’s lives.
We’re here to make space for creativity and non-linear journeys.
We’re here to flip the system where it doesn’t work—and quietly rebuild something better.

Our culture? Think:
Beautifully messy, purpose-driven, and real as hell.
We’re not here to scale up and sell out.
We’re here to stay real and build something worth being part of.

Our big picture isn’t only to change the face of disability support—it’s to be part of a wider ripple of change. We believe that the work we do in homes and communities can spark something bigger: a reminder that every life, every connection, carries light. When one shines, it invites others to shine too.
